Chicken Cacciatore

I hadn’t made this dish in years. the chicken legs were so juicy and they had been slow cooked to absorb the sauce. Wow.

I fried the naked chicken in olive oil and half-way through, I added some Kosher salt. I heated the sauce I made Saturday night, and then poured it over the chicken. It cooked on medium for fifteen minutes and then another twenty-five on the lowest setting; turning the chicken every ten minutes and spooning the sauce over top.
