I decided to forego the jar of prepared sauce and return to the roots of my Father’s spaghetti sauce recipe. Using the crockpot allowed me to let it simmer for hours without having to be concerned that it would spatter or burn. I did not enjoy eating the multi grain spaghetti. The cooking instructions were 9 to 11 minutes and even after I boiled it for seventeen minutes it still was pretty chewy. Nonetheless it was delicious. I forgot to take the photo of the marinated chicken breasts. They were succulent and very moist.
