Breaking Bread

Brioche Nanterre and Brioche Parisienne.  Bread that takes hours to prepare because of the four times the dough rises.  The consistency, the unique aroma of this bread is like that of cake.  The way I haped the dough prior to the last rise was in balls and in logs.  This allows you and your guests to tear off their portion of bread.
