My Rebuttal To Adverse Obama Question

What is and is not forgivable and whether or not Obama has alluded to what he promised and what may or may not be plausible or possible.

I would suspect that in the last few days President Elect Obama had been made privy to oh so much that has been kept from the American people. In other words the situation is much worse than the current administration let on and that there are more volatile situations than had been disclosed to the main stream. Balancing this and the fact that he is in his lame duck (what a way to describe this time frame) period and that while he is not letting any grass grow under his feet, he reminds us that there is only one president at a time and he must wait to govern until January 20th.

I am of the mind set that I will look to him for leadership and go from there. I shall refrain from seeking out negative instances, which most likely will not prove to be true. He is a no nonsense kind of guy who sounds like he really is a man of his word. We are simply not used to hearing the truth and the sound of hope is something for which we should all be grateful.

For the past decade there has been too much tearing down of our political figures. Since we now have someone willing to step up to the plate and knock the ball out of the stadium, we should give the man the chance to do what is needed to move our people forward.

He isn’t Superman, he is an elected official who needs our help to bring change about. We cannot sit back and point a finger this time. We must become involved and most of all, be on the same team.

  1. Everyone is pointing fingers at Obama and stating that he isn’t doing this or that, and they seem to forget that he was elected President but isn’t until Jan. 20th. What is this man supposed to actually accomplish right now and through the inaugural? He can’t do anything official yet for cripes sake, give the man a chance and I think we will all be better off. Couldn’t be much worse than the last 8 years.

  2. Delaney55 You are exactly right. He said there can only be one president at a time and although his time has come, we are having to wait until January 20, 2009. What a day that will be. I believe the entire world’s populous breathed a sigh of relief when the election winner was called.
