Here’s the evidence that I am still removing the yolks from my morning eggs. I love the nutty flavor of the butter and the crisp edges of the whites. I take a small spoon and scoop out the cooked yolk, offering it to my kitties. Sometimes they eat it and many times they will not touch it. They’d probably prefer raw eggs anyway.
I’m working on two interviews and another project so I am quite happy writing and tweaking and editing. Hope you all are well and happy.
Theresa, better thou than I. I’d so much rather throw away the whites and eat the yolks. I can remember how excited I always got when I found an egg with double yolks. BTW, I don’t think those little blue things on your plate are safe. Food is just Not blue!
