I have visited a number of Parisian patisseries and can testify to their superiority over every other kind of bakery I’ve tried. The fragrance of actual French pastries in their home environment must be experienced to be appreciated. I want a real croissant aux amandes!

I could make you some but you’ll have to travel pretty far. there is a real authentic French place in Penn Quarter WDC. We’ll go when next you visit.
