Took some time out to go through photographs from culinary school. Here are the sugar and chocolate creations Chef Anil demonstrated for us Spring 2005. It took about three hours and we really enjoyed watching him work.

Very interesting. These would have taken me like, oh nevermind, I have not a clue how to to do something like this!
